1 General Provisions and Definitions

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Wagering Requirement Calculation

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer on an account may only be used once.

wwwck has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Higher tiers can be reached by playing regularly and staying active on the platform. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Any form of fraudulent activity or cheating.
• Playing games using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Intentionally exploiting technical bugs or glitches in the platform.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on the wwwck system.
• Using the platform to conceal the source of illegally obtained funds.
• Organising coordinated group activity with the intent of abusing the bonus system.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting wwwck staff or other members.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and betting market, and are clearly displayed in the game interface. wwwck reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.2 Finality of Game Results

All game results depend on a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer's decision. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, wwwck will settle the bet in accordance with its existing policy.

6.3 Cricket Betting

For cricket betting, if a match is cancelled or a result cannot be determined due to rain, bets will be settled according to international betting rules. Separate rules may apply for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournament betting.

6.4 Odds Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, the odds will remain unchanged even if the odds subsequently change. However, if abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, wwwck reserves the right to cancel or adjust that bet.

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. Any verifiable withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed, though this may not apply in cases of Terms violations.

9 Limitation of Liability

wwwck will not be fully liable for losses incurred due to service interruptions caused by server downtime, network issues, or technical faults. However, a fair resolution will be sought for bets lost due to confirmed technical errors.
